Reclamations
Reclamations is a business that sells reclaimed items to be used for other purposes. This sounds like a place that you wouldn’t want to visit unless you have building project. Ordinarily you would be correct but not in this case. Reclamations is a really cool place, especially if you like browse through, not so ordinary, antiques. Now we're not talking about dainty junk you see in homes that look like museums. They sell reclaimed lumber from mills, rough hewn beams from barns, old doors, knobs, cast iron kettles and much more. This is a fascinating place to look around. Before you know it you will be leaving with that perfect something you remembered from the past or never knew existed.
If coming from Cashiers NC, you will drive West on Hwy. 64 (6.6 miles) and turn right onto Cherrywood Drive. In 500 feet, Reclamations will be the right. If coming from Highlands you will drive North on Hwy. 64 (3.7 miles) and take a left onto Cherrywood Drive.
