Marco Trattoria
If you are in Brevard, and hungry for Italian cuisine, many people will tell you to eat at Marco Trattoria. As you head out of town, on West Main Street, you will see a unique restaurant on your left. With it’s unique metal sign, Marcos is hard to miss. When you step out of the car you are greeted with the aroma of fresh Italian dishes, being prepared.
Whether you want to dine in or alfresco, you will be delighted by anything that you choose. The atmosphere is family friendly and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Marcos has a wide variety of choices, from Warm kale salad and Carbonara pizza to Butternut squash ravioli and Smoked salmon risotto to Strawberry cannoli and Gateau Basque.
I would suggest making reservations, especially in the evening. You can walk-in, but usually there will be a wait, or you may sit at a couple of tables in the foyer/bar area, which is nice. When the weather is warmer you can dine outside, which helps if you do not have a reservation.
Expect to pay a little more at Marcos. This is a finer dining experience than many places. The food is exquisite and the staff is very knowledgeable of the dishes offered. This is definitely one of our favorite places to visit.
